people have start asking me if im loosing weigth!
it feels amazing! :), also there is going to be a change of possitions in my flag football team, i used to be the centerfield and it seems like im going to be a rush this season… that means im FASTER!
day 10- the scale…
today i got in the scale and i weigth 1.7 killos less than a week ago! thats a lot! thats 3.7 pounds in less than a week!
on other news my whole body hurts :( but pain is just temporary :D
anyway, ill leave because i have a LOT of hw to do <3
Day 7 - extreme workout
Ok im going to do this again because the first time i wrote this it was long and pretty but somehow it dodnt uploaded
I had a reallly extreme workout today and it was so funa, can wait to tomorrow
Day 5 - temptations
The most difficult thing when you are on a diet is being able to overcome all the unhealthy temptations that people around you eat, but nobody forces you to eat that (unless someone puts the donut in your mouth and say bite it bitch! With a gun in your head, but thats unlikely) the thing is,you are the one in controll of what you put in your mouth, and of what kind ofexercise you do.
YOU and only your are responsible for your body
My friends and i went to eat some snacks, most of them bougth chips or cookies and coffe, but i decided to drink a sugar free coffe, i know its not the est thing to do, but lets be realistic, its not like you are not going to eat anything at a party either, you can do or eat anything, but with MODERATION! Thats the key, being able to enter a place filled with candies and taking a sugarfree coffe, going to a party and taking only 1 beer, being at the movies and buying the small popcorns
The key i that, in speccial ocations, you can give. Yourself a treat, only with moderation
